The deflection basins caused by a 9-kip FWD load were used in developing a regression equation to estimate the subgrade modulus Ks; the range varying from 0.1 to 1.2kci depending on the sub-base materials. With these values, the structural performance of a concrete pavement was analyzed using the FEACONS V program.
