Through analyzing the current application of 3S Technology and MIS system, the paper puts forth the idea to establish the MIS system integrity based on 3S technology, and design the general structure model of the integrity system. The disadvantages of the above two systems can be overcome and their advantages can be complemented. The MIS system integrity based on 3S technology can be expected to offer a new thinking way and method for scientific research, governmental administration, and social production.
